As part of their re-registration process, all nurses and midwives in the UK are required to undertake the process of 'revalidation', reflecting on their previous three years of clinical practice. This entails a pre-determined number of practice hours and study time, reflection on practice, obtaining feedback on individual performance and confirmation of these achievements by a third party source. This learning module describes the actions nurses and midwives can take to fulfil their revalidation requirements.
