Course description

Anaphylaxis is an increasingly common and potentially life-threatening allergic reaction accounting for approximately 20 deaths a year in the UK, with around 50% of these deaths being iatrogenic (National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) 2020).

This module aims to provide an overview of anaphylaxis, including pathophysiology, treatment and continuing care.
