	Delete	Delete respective user converts the user to the retail sso user
	Manage Department Admins	This icon will be shown only in institutional management. Clicking the icon will take to Department Admin listing page. Can add/edit/export the Department Admins from listing page
	Manage Department of institutional	This icon will be shown only in institutional management. Clicking the icon will take to the Department listing page. Can add/edit/delete/export the Department from listing page
	Manage Department of Department Admin	This icon will be shown only Department Admin management. Clicking the icon will take User to Department listing of specific department admin
