This learning module examines clinical nurse leadership in primary care from the perspective of nurses, such as advanced nurse practitioners and senior practice nurses, working at an advanced level. Aspects of leadership and its impact on how a nursing team functions are discussed, as are ways to improve morale, governance, developing ideas on how to source training and development funds, and encouraging innovation.
