Course description
The aim of this module is to promote an understanding of bone turnover or bone remodelling and how dietary and lifestyle changes may help to improve bone health. This information will be of benefit to those at risk of developing osteoporosis, for example post-menopausal women, those who have experienced a fragility fracture because of weakened bones, those who have a malabsorptive disorder such as Crohn's disease or coeliac disease, or individuals with distinct dietary and/or lifestyle patterns.
Don't forget that you do not have to complete our two-hour learning modules all in one go. Tailor your learning to fit into your busy schedule by undertaking one or two sections at a time. You can stop and save your learning at any point and pick up where you left off when you return.
