Course description

The aim of this module is to improve readers' knowledge of the assessment and measurement of fatigue, the evidence-based pharmacological and non-pharmacological treatments for managing fatigue in multiple sclerosis (MS), and the role of MS specialist nurses and therapists. Because fatigue affects all aspects of daily living and the quality of life of people with MS, it is important that healthcare professionals are able to identify fatigue and offer clinically effective treatment options.
