Course description
The aim of this module is to enhance readers' understanding of how to provide constructive feedback to students who are being supervised, supported and assessed in practice. As a nurse or midwife, providing constructive feedback is not confined to the role of practice supervision (or mentoring), it is an integral aspect of everyday professional life. Healthcare professionals do not work in isolation and provide colleagues, whether junior or senior, relatives, carers or patients, with feedback daily. Therefore the information in this module may be useful for any professional working in the healthcare setting.
Don't forget that you do not have to complete our two-hour learning modules all in one go. Tailor your learning to fit into your busy schedule by undertaking one or two sections at a time. You can stop and save your learning at any point and pick up where you left off when you return.
