This learning module explores how to search and critique research literature. Generating a robust literature review question, searching databases effectively and producing a robust analysis of the literature are discussed. The module also outlines how a novice literature reviewer might develop the skills to undertake a critical analysis of the available evidence and contribute to debate about clinical practice and best patient care.
