Course description
This module aims to explore the concept of spirituality, to examine healthcare practitioners' attitudes to spirituality and to present practical guidance on integrating spirituality into nursing care.

Learning aims and intended outcomes
- Define spirituality and religion and make a clear distinction between them
- Discuss with a colleague how spirituality can be incorporated into nursing practice
